Mindful Meditation Group at the Kingston Library

Starting August 16th there will be a MINDFUL Meditation Group at the Kingston Library every week from 12:30-1:30pm.
Everyone is welcome to join in this weekly meditation group. It’s an opportunity to build community and start, or strengthen, your meditation practice. During the hour session we practice breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation. There is also time for asking questions and group discussion.
