Tonight we spoke with two guests. The first: Tess Gerritsen, award winning and bestselling author of (as some critics have written) "scary, pulse pounding, fun spy thrillers". We spoke of her career and her previous 30 novels she has written. Then we chatted with Diana Zuckerman, a scientist and President of the National Center for Health Research, to warn us of the dangers posed by artificial turf fields and rubber surfaces on playgrounds, both of which contain lead or other heavy metals and toxic chemicals.
