We listen to songs from several Native North American musicians in recognition of Native American Heritage month, featuring the group XIT who's first two albums released in the early 1970's reflect many of the sentiments expressed during the wave of Native American activism at the time, such as by the American Indian Movement and the occupation of Alcatraz.
