It was Valentine's Day and La Voz aired its show from La Hacienda Restaurant (680 Broadway). We talked about Education but also about Art, and of course Love. Our guests were Jimmy Buff (Radio Kingston), Janet Dias and Carol Mathews Kinnin (George Washington Elementary School), Joseph Lima & Liz Baker (Broadway Arts) and Adriana Palma y Adriana Arratia.

The program is hosted by journalist Mariel Fiori, recipient of the Humanitarian Award of the NAACP and Woman of the Year award of the AAUW, and co-founder of La Voz magazine, a monthly Spanish language publication housed at Bard College, serving the Mid-Hudson Valley and the Catskill region; and by journalist Antonio Flores-Lobos, a nationally awarded columnist and the former editor of Las Noticias, a weekly Spanish language newspaper that served the Hudson Valley and was published by the Daily Freeman from 2004 to 2013.
