The economy, religion, art, love - all these things that form such a powerful part of our human experience all depend on the ability to daydream, to imagine, to hope. In other words, if we didn’t have the capacity to believe and imagine, none of it would exist. Taking as a starting point the insights from evolutionary anthropologist Augustin Fuentes new book, Why We Believe: Evolution and the Human Way of Being, we jump into it with Dawn Breeze, an artist, activist, and thinker on the role of imagination in our lives and how it drives us to make change.
Dawn Breeze, (she/her) is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Place Corps. She is a creativity advocate, change agent, a consultant on progressive education and leadership, and is an internationally awarded artist, living and working in Germantown, NY the ancestral homelands of the Mohican people.
